Accountant Assistance
Ensure accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately
Preform daily accounting tasks including accounts receivable, account payable and general ledger transactions
Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring proper classification and coding of financial transactions.

Monitoring and controlling expenses by reviewing employee expense reports, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting periodic inventory counts, and reconciling inventory balances with financial records.
Requirements :
HKDSE/ HKCEE or above
Have experience in customer services, and following up orders/quotation
Experience in any clerical support
Good communication skills, responsible, interpersonal skills and self-initiative, able to work under pressure
Job Duties :
Provide sales administration support to sales team
Handle customer inquiry, daily sales operation, such as quotations, order arrangements, logistic issue
Handle stock take, provide regular sales analysis and reports
Perform other ad hoc assignments as required
